Most basic tests take 1–3 hours. Special tests take 24–72 hours. Results can be received via SMS, email, or doctor consultation.
General consultation and blood tests do not require appointments. Imaging tests (X-ray, ultrasound, MRI) and doctor checkups require booking.

PREPARING FOR COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT
• Blood samples can be taken between 8–10 AM or anytime if needed.
• You can come fasting or lightly fed.
PREPARING FOR BIOCHEMISTRY
• Come fasting in the morning (water allowed).
• Avoid alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, and sugary foods the day
before.
• For sugar, lipid, and pancreas tests, fasting for 10–12 hours is
mandatory.
PREPARING FOR HORMONE TESTS
• Must come in the morning, relaxed.
• Light snacks are allowed.
• For sex hormone tests, doctors will specify the correct day of
your menstrual cycle.
URINE TEST PREPARATION
• Use a sterile single-use container.
• Wash genital area before collecting.
• Avoid foods that change urine color.
• Collect midstream urine (100–200 ml) in the morning.
• Deliver to the lab within 2 hours; do not freeze.
